The ASIC repair and diagnostic test fixture is an instrument specifically designed for determining and locating faulty ASIC chips on computing boards such as S21, T21, S19K Pro, S19XP Hydro, M50, M34S+, M33, M32, and M31S. By using the test fixture to inspect the machine, potential chip failures can be discovered in a timely manner, and repairs or replacements can be made in advance to avoid machine downtime caused by failures during operation, which affects mining efficiency. After using the instrument, the EEPROM can be flashed without disassembling the machine, and the flashing time is less than 30 seconds. It can also be operated without a computer, an additional programmer, or a power supply for the machine’s motherboard. It can also change the EEPROM firmware template saved in the tester to quickly and easily flash multiple devices without a network interface.
