AW37030D120STR LDO regulator chip

The AW37030D120STR is a 300mA low-dropout regulator with low on-resistance, high PSRR, low noise, good load, line transient response, and a smooth, soft start. It integrates current limiting, short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown functions to protect the IC from damage fully. It is designed for input ceramic capacitors of 1μF or greater and output ceramic capacitors of 1μF or greater. Low power consumption and good dynamic response make it ideal for handheld communication equipment.
