Capacitance meter, inductance meter, frequency meter measurement kit 51 microcontroller STC89C52 electronic electrician production

Category:

The capacitance, inductance, and frequency meter measurement kit is a multi-functional measuring instrument designed based on 51 microcontrollers that integrate capacitance, inductance, and frequency measurements. It can measure various non-polar capacitance, polar electrolytic capacitance, inductance, and frequency. Although there is a particular gap between the accuracy and professional measuring instruments, the measurement accuracy is relatively acceptable, not much different from that measured by a multimeter. After all, the 51 series microcontroller is used for programming calculations, and the circuit design is not very complex. Mainly It is used for measurement and welding production exercises that do not require very high precision. Learn and understand the knowledge and application of microcontrollers and the measurement principles of frequency, capacitance, and inductance.

Instructions for use:

1. Since it is a DIY product, there is no rounding or false optimization of readings. The actual test value is real-time data, and it is normal for the mantissa to keep jumping;
2. The test contact should be reliable and good as much as possible;
3. During the test, connect the component to be tested and then release the test to avoid hand interference affecting the reading.
4. Power supply is critical. A poor power supply will aggravate test errors and data jitters and may even cause damage to the 393 chip. Therefore, it is recommended to use our recommended power supply for power supply.
5. Because there are no standard measuring tools on hand, the test accuracy of this product cannot be measured. This product is used for general programming and production. Please do not buy it if you require high accuracy. Thank you.

Usage reminder:

1. When the power is first turned on, the LCD will have a white screen that does not display for about 2 seconds. This is because the program is initializing. The system will calculate some initial references that will be used for subsequent measurements within 2 seconds of powering on. The white screen interval is except for the power switch. It is pressed, and other switches are required to pop up. If any switch is pressed, the subsequent measurement data will be inaccurate; remember! After the screen goes blank for 2 seconds, the LCD will display F/C/L Tester. At this time, you can start measuring the parameters of the component you want.
2. After the display, adjust the potentiometer on the board so that the voltage between pin 4 and pin 5 of LM393 is 3.16V:
Steps 3 and 2 require adjustment once for each module after welding. Once adjusted, there is no need to adjust it for future use.
4. If you want to measure non-polar capacitance, press the “non-polar capacitor test switch” after connecting the non-polar capacitor. If you want to measure the inductance, press the “inductance test switch” after connecting the inductor. The 5 function switches are all at the same time. You can only press one, test what is pressed, and the unused ones must pop up.
5. these components are connected to the test socket regardless of polarity when testing non-polar capacitors, inductors, and polar capacitors. You need to distinguish the polarity when testing frequency, so pay attention.
