The pull-up magnetic levitation mainly comprises a coil, a magnet, a bracket, a Hall sensor, and a drive circuit. When the magnet is close to the Hall sensor under the coil, the Hall sensor senses a change in the magnetic field and outputs an analog value to the amplifier circuit for amplification; the pulse width modulation is performed through this value when the magnet and the suspended object fall away from the sensor due to gravity, the output value of the sensor increases the voltage duty cycle on the coil, and the magnetic force of the coil increases, thereby pulling the magnet and the suspended object, otherwise when the distance When the sensor is very close, the sensor output value reduces the coil voltage duty cycle, the coil magnetic force is weak, the magnet and the suspended object rely on their own weight to stay away from the sensor, and the magnet object is suspended by continuously adjusting the coil voltage duty cycle.

Instructions:
Placing suspended solids and precautions
1. The power indicator light on the PCB board will be lit after the device is connected to the power supply. At this time, hold the float and slowly approach the bottom of the coil from the bottom of the ring. At about 5cm, you will feel that the coil will absorb the float at this time. At this time, hold the float with one hand to feel the upward force and use the other hand to adjust the sliding rheostat on the PCB board. When the two forces feel that they are almost balanced, stop adjusting the sliding rheostat and loosen it slowly. The float keeps it stable so that the float can be successfully floated. The sliding rheostat decreases the magnetic force clockwise and increases the magnetic force counterclockwise. The magnetic force should not be too large or too small. The rotation position of the sliding rheostat can refer to the above picture.
2. The float must be powered off and cooled after being placed many times (up to 5 times) unsuccessfully; otherwise, it is easy to damage the components
3. In the final debugging, you can use the screw and the nut on the top of the coil to determine whether the nut is attracted to the screw. When there is this attraction, place the float at the beginning (this step shows that the Hall element is usually working)
4. Do not float the float on the kit for a long time (up to 5 minutes); it can easily cause equipment damage.
