SMD infrared reversing radar diy kit, simple circuit, high welding success rate, stable circuit operation, strong practicability.

Category:

The SMD infrared reversing radar kit has a simple principle and is easy to assemble. It is composed of multivibrator circuit, infrared signal transmitting and receiving circuit, infrared signal amplification and voltage comparison circuit. It has the characteristics of simple circuit, low cost and stable circuit operation. It is widely used in various ranging occasions. The time base circuit NE555 and surrounding components form a multivibrator to generate infrared wave signals, which are output through pin 3 of IC2 and drive the infrared transmitter HFS to emit infrared signals. The emitted infrared signal is reflected by the object and then received by the infrared receiving diode. After being amplified by LM324, it is sent to LM324 to form a voltage comparator circuit to drive light-emitting diodes to indicate the range of the reversing distance.

Soldering Instructions:
1. Welding and component installation are the key to success. Please use high-quality solder. The solder joints should be bright and free of solder leaks. The components should not be installed incorrectly. A certain order should be followed in the production process. After installing part of the components, install the other part. Start with short components, such as resistors, and move on to taller components. The notch position of the chip is facing the notch mark on the circuit board.
2. Install chip resistors, and the resistors are not divided into positive and negative poles.
3. Install NE555\LM324, first solder one pin to fix the chip, and then tin solder the other pins. Pay attention to the installation direction of the chip, and install the marked point in alignment with the marked point.
4. Install 1N4148, the position of the black circle is aligned with the position of the black mark on the circuit board.
5. Ceramic capacitors have no positive and negative poles. The long leg of the electrolytic capacitor is the positive pole, which corresponds to the positive position on the circuit board.
6. The long pin of the light-emitting diode and the infrared transmitting and receiving diode is the positive electrode, which corresponds to the positive position of the circuit board.
7. After installation, check again whether the components are installed correctly and whether the welding is good. Then connect the 9V power supply. Be careful not to reverse the positive and negative connections of the power supply.

Circuit debugging:
When there are no obstructions above the infrared transmitting tube and receiving tube, adjust RP1 so that LED3 on the circuit board lights up, and then adjust RP1 in the opposite direction so that LED3 just goes out. Then use a reflective object (white paper can be used) to gradually approach the position between the infrared transmitting tube and the infrared receiving tube from a distance. As the distance approaches, LED3 to LED1 light up in sequence, and the infrared reversing radar is installed.
