The sound-light magnetron robot dog electronic production kit has the characteristics of sound, light, electricity, magnetism and machine combination, the principle is simple, and the assembly success rate is high. Beautiful appearance and interesting. Through this kit, you can complete the entire training process of EDA practice, from circuit principle simulation verification, printed circuit board design and manufacturing to component detection and welding, installation, and debugging, to achieve the purpose of cultivating engineering practice capabilities.

Kit parameters:
Product name: Sound-light magnetron robot dog electronic production kit
Working voltage: DC6V
Circuit board model: WK-56-59
Circuit board size:79*42mm
Shell size: 206*200*140mm
Power supply method: 4*AA batteries (need to be purchased separately)

Installation notes:
1. Motor: Open the casing and the motor unit has been fixed at the bottom of the casing. Solder the power supply end of the negative pole of the music film and the negative pole of the power supply and connect it to the negative terminal of the motor. The negative terminal of the motor is soldered to the printed board (M-); Line J1 to the positive terminal of the motor. (Note: The negative pole of the music piece and motor refers to the end connected to the negative pole of the battery.)
2. Power supply: Connect a wire J2 from the “power supply -” (V-) on the printed board to the negative terminal of the battery. “Power +” (V+) is connected to “Motor +” (M+), there is no need to connect them separately.
3. Magnetic control: Lead two wires J3 and J4 from the “magnetic control +, -” (R+, R-) on the control board, and weld them to the two legs of the reed switch (magnetic sensor) respectively, and place them behind the dog. The part should be close to the casing for easy control. Reed switches have no polarity.
4. Photosensitive sensor: Lead two wires J5 and J6 from the “light control +, -” (1+, 1-) on the printed board, and solder them to the two tube legs of the photoresistor respectively. Pay attention to the pins. In order to avoid short circuit, it will keep walking after turning on the switch. Punch a hole in the lower part of the front part of the dog casing to fix the light sensor. Photoresistors have no polarity.
5. Voice control part: Lead two wires J7 and J8 from the “Microphone +, -” (S+, S-) on the printed board, and weld them to the two tube legs of the microphone (sound sensor). Pay attention to the polarity. (The end connected to the microphone shell is negative), Note: The microphone is easily damaged, so the welding time should not be too long. After the welding is completed, the microphone is attached to the dog’s chest.
6. Before powering on, check whether the component welding and wiring are correct to avoid short circuit and danger of burning the motor. Pay special attention to measuring “Power-” (V-) before inserting the battery. Check whether there is a short circuit between “power supply +” (V+), and pay attention to the battery polarity.
7. Assembly: After completing the simple test, assemble the casing. Note that the screws should not be overtightened to avoid damage to the plastic casing. After installation, conduct voice control, light control, and magnetic control tests respectively. If there is a “go → stop” process, it is considered qualified.
